Halloween Parades

The Pittsfield Halloween Parade has a long and storied history dating back to the days when General Electric and other local companies created elaborate and spooky floats and marched down North Street.  The Pittsfield Parks and Recreation department works closely with PCTV to bring you live coverage of this fun event every year.
