The City of Pittsfield’s Health Department announced a Car Seat Installation/Inspection event taking place on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, at the Pittsfield Highway Facility’s rear entrance, located at 81 Hawthorn Avenue from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
The event will occur rain or shine, and the inspections take about 30 to 45 minutes and include education on installation of the seat, proper use of the seat, and general vehicle safety. Free car seats are available if needed.
