Pittsfield Community Television Launches Digital Equity Program

Pittsfield Community Television (PCTV) is proud to introduce its new Digital Equity Program, aimed at bridging the digital divide in our community. As part of this initiative, PCTV has welcomed Samuel Pascual as our Digital Navigator, a dedicated resource to help residents gain access to the internet, digital devices, and essential technology skills.

The Digital Equity Program is designed to support individuals and families who face barriers to digital access, whether due to affordability, lack of knowledge, or limited resources. Samuel Pascual provides one-on-one assistance, technology training classes, and guidance on digital literacy and connection options, ensuring that all members of our community can confidently navigate the digital world.

Through workshops, personalized support, and partnerships with local organizations, PCTV’s Digital Equity Program empowers residents to connect, learn, and thrive in an increasingly digital society. Whether you need help setting up an email account, applying for affordable internet programs, or learning how to use new technology, Samuel is here to help.

For more information on how to get involved or access services, please contact us or visit PCTV to learn more.

Together, we’re building a more connected and digitally inclusive Pittsfield!
